JH&C concentrates in the areas of real estate development,
transactions and finance. Currently, much of the firm’s
time is devoted to (i) assisting buyers of distressed properties to
find properties that meet their specified parameters, but also may have
unrealized value-added potential based upon certain additional
parameters we provide, e.g., entitlements, vested rights, (ii)
negotiation and drafting of agreements, amendments or modifications to
extend expiration and other critical dates under Developer’s
Agreements, zoning approvals, special exceptions, conditional use
approvals, annexation agreements, etc., to preserve valuable
entitlements and other rights during the delayed economic recovery, and
(iii) project re-use/redevelopment.
